UNPACKING

The machines usually arrive in containers or wooden boxes, minimising the risk of damage. Lifting from the container is not always a smooth process, but our experienced technicians can do the job quickly and efficiently.

Positioning the equipment

Once the machine is unpacked, it is accurately placed in the operating position. We pre-measure the dimensions of the equipment and the plant area to ensure an optimum fit. If necessary, we will arrange for the appropriate forklift, lifting equipment and any necessary on-site modifications, such as wall demolition. Obstructions within the plant will be removed or bypassed to ensure a smooth installation.

Adjustment, and positioning

Once the machine or equipment is in place inside the plant, the next step is to set up the machine accurately. This process involves setting the machine to the millimetre in relation to other machines or utilities, and levelling it. This is also important for the optimum operation of the machine and to avoid damage to the machine. This operation also includes the positioning of the machine.

Mechanical Assembly
